- May 21 - Wednesday
- Log on at 7;15 am - sit straight in chair
- Every 30 minutes get up and walk around
- No phone during classtimes
- During class period walk around and talk to the kids
- Walk inthe hallway between classes
- walk for 30 minutes during my 5th period plan
- Home at 4pm - go for swim
- Sit and work for 1 hour
- make Dinner - phone off
- Walk to lake with husband - no phone
- May22 - Thursday
